When I got a project to work in Drupal as a Responsive theme, I started to search for the right theme for my project. Finally I came to notice that Twitter BH Bootstrap theme works well as an admin theme for Drupal 7. It reflects well on both Drupal and Boostrap, but please note that since it uses jQuery 1.7. Instead, use the development version of the jQuery Update module. Adding fields to content types willnot work currently.
